Robert Charles "Bob" Phillips

Ret. Col. Robert Charles “Bob” Phillips, 87, of Niceville, FL, passed away peacefully Friday, August 23, 2019 at his residence.  He was born in Bradford, PA to the late Charles R. and Hazel M. Phillips.

Bob retired as a navigator from the United States Air Force as a Colonel and later retired from Civil Service. He was a committed Christian and lived by his faith. He is survived by his beloved wife, Carolyn Phillips; a son, Michael Phillips; and a daughter Lori Anne Phillips.

Funeral services will be Thursday, August 29, 2019 at 2:00pm, with visitation one hour prior, both at McLaughlin Twin Cities Funeral Home and Crematory with Pastor Chuck Hartness officiating.  Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery in Valparaiso, FL.
