Shinko Bellomy

Shinko (Asahara) Bellomy, Age 87, passed away Sunday Morning, December 22, 2019, at a local hospital from complications of pneumonia.  She was born in Fukuoka, Japan, a daughter of the late Tsurmkuma and Suzue Asahara.  Shinko was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, John William (JW) Bellomy; one son Reuben Bellomy (#7); four brothers Tomoshige, Seiji, Tsurumitsu, and Yoshiro.
She is survived by sister Toshie (Tatuo) Inove; two sons Gary (#2) (Darla) Bellomy; Mark (#6) Bellomy and four daughters Sandy (#1) (Rick) Butner; Terry (#3) Bellomy, Carol (#4) (Doug) Easterling; and Lisa (#5) Bellomy.
Six grandchildren; Jonathan Bellomy, Audrey Force, Jenny (Jeremy) Bastoky, Matthew (Dani) Bellomy, Ashley Williamson, and Douglas Easterling.
Beloved GGMa to five great-grandchildren; Dexter, Jackson, Jacob, Zora, and Camilla.  Niece, Tomoko (Allissa & Neil) Crittenden, Jeff Escue, Matthew Umphreys, Ramsey Shaud and many Bellomy family members and friends.
Shinko was a homemaker and member of the First Baptist Church of Niceville. She sang in the choir and performed as the star of the living Christmas tree to praise her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Funeral service will be held at McLaughlin Twin Cities Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 31, 2019.  The family will receive friends from 10:00am to 11:00am with the service starting at 11:00am. Burial will follow at 2:00pm in the Barrancas Cemetery, Pensacola Naval Base.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest that memorial gifts be sent to the Children Ministries at First Baptist Church, 622 Bayshore Drive, Niceville, Florida 32578.
